Category: Green Tea

Green tea is traditionally produced by drying tea leaves then heating them over big pans in fires, without fermenting them. Their taste varies from tea to tea, but is generally natural, slightly sweet, earthy or vegetal and flowery. Some of the best green tea can even taste somewhat reminiscent of the sea, in a pleasant, not overpowering manner.

Green tea is recognised for its beneficial effects, as it contains antioxidants, vitamin C, anti-carcinogens and helps break down fatty acids, as well as rehydrating the body.
