Brambles are a well-known hedgerow plant generously providing fruit for all and sundry. A member of the generous Rose family it makes an ideal substitute for black tea. A tea of course is different from a herbal tisane in that they are fermented or oxidised in the process. Traditionally used as a gargle for sore throats it is a favourite tea for singers. All in all a great cup of Rosey Lee without the caffeine and with a huge amount of wild herbal energy swirling round your cup.
