Green Jasmine Mao Jian

Jasmine Green Tea is one of the most popular scented teas, often served in Chinese restaurants as a pleasant after meal beverage. Our Mao Jian is a high mountain single estate tea with a high content of tea tips.

To scent the green tea, jasmine petals are usually dried and powdered. Our own variety however, is time-consumingly layered in trays above jasmine petals, so that the scent is absorbed into the fabric of the green tea leaves. Produced organically, it produces a sublime emerald floral brew.
