This Mulled Wine Tea blend is a non-alcoholic variant on Tchai-Ovna founder Martin’s old Czech family recipe. It is created using a cosy kaleidoscope of oolong tea, fruit pieces, freshly ground spices and herbs, including ethically-sourced cinnamon, cloves, apple pieces, pepper and hibiscus. Although traditionally drunk through the Winter, it is highly enjoyable and refreshing in any weather.

This blend is a deliciously warming brew, based on Tchai-Ovna’s founder Martin’s old Czech family recipe. The orange and apple pieces give it a fruity vibrancy, whilst oolong tea lightens the spirits. The ground black pepper provides a welcome kick to the back of the throat, rounded out by the earthiness of direct sourced Sri Lankan true cinnamon (cinnamonum verum) and cloves. Add in the refreshingly zesty influence of hibiscus and you’ll feel like you’ve brewed yourself quite a powerful concoction!
