Oolong Jun Chiyabari

This oolong comes from the small, family-owned Jun Chiyabari tea garden in the Nepalese Himalayas, over 1,800 metres above sea level! It has a large concentration of downy tea tips having been picked in the spring harvest season. It displays delicious chocolatey notes along with a fresh nuttiness, yet with fresh mountain nuances and a hint of Wu-Yi rock tea inspiration. Remarkably, it is full bodied and malty for up to 3 infusions.
