Our Black Snow Faerie, or Ho Thau, is crafted from leaves that grow wild in the mountainous highlands of the North Vietnamese borderlands. The leaves are carefully harvested by the Red Dow people, who intimately know, live and breathe its beautiful, misty landscape. A rich, earthy, yet pleasingly floral black tea, with a hint of wood-smoke emanating from the traditional wok-firing that locks in its complexities.
