Morimoto Hoji Cha

This Hoji Cha is a roasted bancha green tea produced without the use of chemicals by the Morimotos, a Japanese traditional tea-growing family in Southern Japan, on the island of Kyushu.

The leaves are strongly roasted so as to develop a pleasant aroma. The nutty infusion of the roasted tea is accompanied by a light sweetness.
